Lisa Rasmusson

Lisa Rasmusson is a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Corporate legal team based in More London. Lisa has over 13 years’ experience working on internal group reorganisations, pre and post deal integration and corporate entity simplification. The corporate international business reorganisations team is listed as Tier 1 rated in the Legal 500. Lisa's recent experience includes:

• leading the demerger of an asset management business to a newly listed entity on the Toronto Stock Exchange for one of the world's largest alternative investment managers;
• leading the legal aspects of a corporate entity simplification for a large investment management firm, rationalising its intra-group balances, undertaking business transfers and eliminating 30 legal entities from the group structure; and
• advising a UK bank, which is passported into 11 EEA jurisdictions on its Brexit strategy, Brexit licence applications and a complex two year multi-jurisdiction restructuring into new EEA subsidiaries.

Lisa began her career at Morrison & Foerster, working in both their London and Tokyo offices.
