Louise Black

Louise is a Director within Technology Consulting, focused on the Financial Services sector.  She is experienced in delivering large technology enabled transformational change programmes including managing multiple third parties across the full delivery lifecycle in complex client environments. Her experience includes Independent QA, understanding programme risk, deliverability and operability and leading regulatory and technology resilience reviews. 

She is part of the disruption team in FS and supports the bank of the future initiative, leveraging fintech and API technology to deliver innovative solutions.  Her recent experience has included building a bank for a PE company, building a green field insurance company, carving out and the operational separation of a global bank and delivery assurance roles overseeing complex technology deliveries.
