Lynne Rainey

Lynne is a Partner in our Restructuring and Forensic business where she mostly exclusively works with financial service clients. Her primary area of focus is leading a portfolio of regulatory reform driven projects that require the digitalisation and repapering of her clients' third party/client contracts.

Lynne’s experience includes on and off-site programme delivery, where she leads a combined team of technologists and outreach/negotiators, delivering technology enabled contract digitisation and client outreach programmes for reforms that include Initial Margining (multi-phase), Brexit and LIBOR.

Lynne is the People Partner for the Financial Crime team and is a member of the IoD in Northern Ireland.

In her spare time, she is an avid reader, rarely seen without her Kindle, and she loves baking and cooking for friends and family. To counter the potential waistline damage, she loves running, walking and skiing! She plays piano and is the organist in her local church.
