Mark Binney

Mark has 20+ years experience advising on deals, both as part of the PwC Transactions team and in investment banking with HSBC. He is a partner in the Retail, Consumer & Leisure sector team within Transactions and specialise in advising Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds, family offices and corporate clients with due diligence on both the buy side and sell side of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals. He also works extensively within the Mining sector. Alongside his client work he is also the sponsor for the PwC UK Christian Network. Outside of PwC he works with charities focusing on affordable housing and ending violence against women.
