Mark Hughes

Mark is the UK Head of Capital markets, Accounting advisory and Structuring services. He advises UK and international groups on debt and equity offerings, M&A and related transactions.

Mark has extensive experience advising management teams, shareholders and private equity houses on preparing groups for IPO or trade sale, both in the US and European markets. This includes developing their strategy and equity story, corporate governance, reporting and structuring.

He is the author of IPO Watch Europe, our survey reviewing the IPO trends across the European capital markets. Mark is also our UK spokesperson on capital markets and is widely quoted in the European media.
