Mark has over ten years’ experience advising many leading organisations on current and best practices in reporting, the effectiveness of their corporate reporting and the implementation of new reporting strategies in order to meet the needs of the capital markets and the increasing regulation around corporate reporting.
He leads PwC’s annual review of the corporate reporting practices in the FTSE 350 and is responsible for the firm’s excellence in reporting in the FTSE 100 and 250 awards at their annual Building Public Trust Awards.
Mark is also involved in helping to shape the future direction of corporate reporting. He is actively involved in the work of the International Integrated Reporting Council: sitting on its working group; acting as a key advisor in the development of their disclosure framework; and leading PwC’s role in designing, developing and hosting their Pilot Programme conference.
