Matt Curry

Matt is a Director in Operational Restructuring, leading the practice in the South East region. Matt specialises in working side by side with clients to identify and implement cost reduction, operational turnaround, working capital/cash improvement and rapid change programmes.

Matt has experience across a variety of sectors (Retail, Consumer, Logistics, Travel, Leisure, Automotive, Manufacturing, Technology, Sustainable Energy, Public sector) with a focus on delivering results at pace and embedding sustainable change. Prior to focussing on the South East region Matt has experience of working with clients in both domestic and international markets including US, Dubai, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France and Belgium and understands the complexities of international trading. Matt also has interim management experience through secondments to both large corporate’s and private equity portfolio companies.
