Matthew Tombs

Matt is a partner in our Deals practice in the Midlands and has over 12 years' experience of advising on a broad range of both corporate and private equity transactions. Matt specialises in providing due diligence and related services to private businesses and entrepreneurs in connection with acquisitions, disposals, mergers and refinancings. Matt leads our local Packaging industry sector team and has a deep understanding of value drivers across the Industrial Products space. Matt has also supported a number of clients in expanding their operations overseas, acting as a single point of contact into PwC's international network.
