Matthew Mullins

Matthew is the Listed Markets leader in the South East. During his time with the firm he has worked in London, Australia, and various other UK locations. He leads the Assurance practice in our St Albans office.

Matthew has spent his career focussing on listed businesses across FTSE 100, FTSE 350, Mid Cap and AIM. Through his client base he has strong experience of leading the audits of multinational businesses and has developed a strong international network across PwC. Matthew is also experienced in listings work, supporting IPO's, bond issues and Class 1 transactions in the technology, services and manufacturing sectors.
