Michelle is a South African qualified lawyer who is the Legal Network Driver for PwC UK.
Michelle is a Senior Manager in the UK and the Legal Network Driver and Chief of Staff to Teresa Owusu-Adjei, PwC’s UK Head of Legal.
In Michelle’s role as Legal Network Driver and Chief of Staff, she ensures the delivery of the strategic vision for the legal business against the backdrop of a complex landscape where Legal and company secretariat functions are undergoing a huge amount of change and transformation.

Michelle also has experience supporting the Global Head of Tax, Legal and People in driving PwC’s Global Strategy.
Michelle is a South African qualified Lawyer who also worked in PwC Legal’s UK Banking and Financing team, where she has experience in advising borrowers and lenders on financing arrangements, focusing on property finance and development finance transactions.
