Monali Patel

Monali is a Director in the firms' Operational Restructuring team. She is a qualified chartered accountant with years of experience working with large conglomerates from a variety of industries (including Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Logistics, and Healthcare) on managing large, complex operational restructuring programmes. This includes supporting clients to establish and run an effective Separation Management Office when preparing for internal separation or Deals and running large-scale cost reduction and transformation programmes. 

To do this, Monali and her team work closely alongside management to build strong, trusted relationships and focuses on providing “hands on” support, not just advice.
