Nancy Park

Nancy is a PwC Deals Restructuring Partner with extensive government and health sector experience. She has a civil service background and has led the delivery of large, complex programmes.

Nancy is experienced in working with and advising/coaching Board members and Executive level management across public sector and healthcare systems to undertake strategic reviews and delivery of high profile large scale financial and operational improvement programmes, leading through complex change and developing teams.

Nancy is the People and Inclusion Leader for PwC’s Value Creation and Realisation Business and PwC’s Social Value Leader. Nancy is experienced in establishing and implementing Inclusion and Diversity programmes resulting in measurable improvements.
