Neil Hewitt

Neil is a partner in the Banking and Capital Markets group and is the UK Leader for Third Party Assurance. Neil's expertise lie in the area of controls assurance and financial consulting. He has worked with a wide range of clients in the financial services sector in the areas of retail banking, capital markets, investment management, insurance, as well as on-line propositions and compliance.  Neil's current responsibilities include leading the Global IT audit of a large UK owned retail and investment bank. Recent audit responsibilities include leading the firms IT audit relationship for the UK Central Bank and also leading other Assurance related activities at these clients. Neil has also worked with a number of other leading European and US financial institutions, including several years managing the UK IT audit of a large US investment bank, as well as other capital markets institutions in both an audit role and on a number of consultancy projects.
