As the firm’s order to cash champion. Niall is responsible for maintaining technical standards and integrating new ideas, technologies and approaches to the Order to Cash offerings. Niall played a key role in developing our high volume consumer collections offering that incorporates Behavioural Economics and multi channel communication strategies to improve collection performance, customer engagement and ultimately reduce bad debts. Niall recently implemented this offering during two recent retail transformation projects in the water sector delivering reductions in household bad debt of £21m and £28m respectively. Both businesses are continuing to accrue benefits that are ultimately expected to reach a combined total of around £100m by March 2020.
