Nick Morgan

Nick is a tax advisor and business advisor focusing on listed, private business and businesses with an overseas parent. In 2019, Nick became Clients and Markets Regional Lead for the firms West and Wales region and also the Industrial Manufacturing & Services sector leader for the national tax practice.

By working closely with clients, he devises strategies to improve tax efficiency and optimise corporate and shareholder value, whilst complying with tax law. As a previous shareholder and consultant to a privately owned retail business Nick knows what it's like to be a client. He brings that knowledge, combined with over 25 years tax experience to ensure clients get the best value and service.

Nick has worked with a broad range of industry sectors such as consumer products, defence, distribution, financial services, industrial engineering, manufacturing, retail & wholesale, support services, transport and utilities. 

Tax expertise includes corporate tax strategy, tax reporting, tax compliance, tax accounting, tax due diligence, tax efficient deal structuring & financing, acquisitions & disposals, re-organisations & general tax advisory, including intellectual property, R&D, patent box and anti-avoidance provisions.

He regularly writes and commentates on tax strategy as well as speaking on current tax matters at various events in the South West.
