Nicola is the Ethics Partner and Business Conduct Leader for the UK firm, as well as Head of Data Risk. She joined the firm and trained as an auditor, and is ACA qualified, before focusing on risk and controls. Nicola was head of Governance, Risk, Compliance and Controls (GRC) for the UK firm and is client facing. She has advised many different companies on risk and controls including compliance with regulations and advising on broader control framework approaches for both FS and non-FS clients.
