Nigel Reynolds

Nigel is a senior client relationship partner focusing on creating value for some of PwC’s most prestigious clients. In this role he oversees teams and projects across a large variety of services and territories. He has very broad and commercial experience having been an audit delivery and relationship partner for many years. He also spent five years leading PwC’s London Assurance practice, one of our fastest growing businesses. Nigel’s key strengths include commercial acumen, leadership and relationship building.

Over his 30+ year career Nigel has worked across tax, internal audit, transaction services and corporate finance. He has led many M&A and capital market transactions; has advised CEOs and management teams on strategy; has worked closely with tax colleagues on complex tax issues; and has overseen projects in areas as diverse as cyber, ESG, finance and IT transformation and management incentives amongst others.

Nigel also leads PwC’s services to private equity portfolio companies helping PE Houses and management teams transform their businesses, create value and prepare for exit.

Nigel is also an investor in several early stage companies and has been a speaker at events and a judge at awards ceremonies. In his spare time he participates in and watches many sports and loves to travel and learn. He is married with two grown up sons and used to coach both junior rugby and cricket teams.
