Niranjali Jeerasinghe

Niranjali is a director in our Capital Markets team in London and has over 10 years of experience advising clients on public and private debt and equity offerings across multiple jurisdictions, including offerings registered with the SEC, Rule 144a and Regulation S offerings and listed company M&A transactions. Niranjali also has extensive experience carrying out reporting accountant and deal support roles for companies undertaking capital market transactions on the London Stock Exchange. This includes advising on listing rules, transaction readiness, due diligence and transaction related accounting and reporting matters.
