Paula has over 15 years of experience advising clients on matters relating to employment taxes and broader pay governance and regulation. She leads the London practice in the UK. Her clients are across a breadth of industry sectors (eg. retail, support services, engineering and construction), and range from large multinational companies to private businesses.

Paula helps clients to understand and navigate employment based regulations, and has specialised in developing solutions for clients to ensure robust risk management across areas such as domestic employment tax on a global basis, off-payroll working, national minimum wage and holiday pay.
