Peter is a Director in PwC’s specialist Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") Advisory team, helping our clients to protect value in their M&A transactions and to navigate the complex financial and accounting processes that sit within the SPA. Peter joined PwC as a graduate in 2008, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2012 and is now a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He spent 4 years in the audit department and 3 years doing Financial Due Diligence, before joining the SPA Advisory team in 2015.

As Place & Purpose lead for Northern Ireland, Peter is committed to helping staff uncover their unique strengths and how these can be leveraged, not only to fulfill personal career goals, but also to advance the firm's commitment to social responsibility and ethical business practices.
