Pippa Booth

Pippa is a Partner who leads the Tax Transformation business in the UK with over 25 years of combined experience in tax, accounting and tax transformation. Pippa works primarily with multinational organisations who are looking at transforming their tax functions, systems, processes, operating models and risk and control frameworks. She supports organisations deliver tax digitally, strategically and operationally and helps them to answer the question ‘surely there must be a better way?’. That question may be variably answered through sourcing strategy, technology infrastructure or operating model change.

Pippa is the contract engagement leader for a number of Managed Service and Global Tax Outsource contracts where she also has the transformation/digitisation role looking to automate processes, evolve the technology infrastructure and use analytics and visualisation tools to help manage their tax affairs. She also has experience in working with companies who are establishing tax processes in their shared service centres, implementing tax technology, inputting into Finance Transformation programmes, designing global tax governance frameworks and establishing best in class tax operating models.

She has recently worked with a large multinational to redesign their tax function to work with shared services and outsource providers and focus more on value added services in-house in a cost effective way.
