He is a qualified Governance Professional with over 15 years experience and an Associate member of the ICSA: The Governance Institute.
Pritul has a keen interest in helping clients transform their global governance and company secretarial function through the use of technology and specialist SMEs around the world so businesses can pivot their existing teams to other value enhancing activities.
Pritul is used to leading teams spanning across multiple countries on global governance and managed service engagements to support clients with their subsidiary governance challenges.
