Annalie is an English qualified lawyer and she leads PwC’s Legal Banking and Finance team in London, having been with PwC since 2006.
Annalie has extensive experience in advising borrowers and lenders alike on new financing arrangements, re-financings and bank consent requirements in connection with reorganisations and restructurings, focusing on property finance and development finance transactions. She also advises on general corporate, leveraged and acquisition finance transactions. She advises on all aspects of the legal documentation required for the lending process and has particular recent experience in advising on LIBOR transition and green/sustainable loans.
Annalie often also advises on the establishment and restructuring of in-house banks, lending businesses and treasury functions for a variety of multinational clients, particularly specialising on lending, cash pooling, PoBo/CoBo and other treasury/cash management related activities.
