Rachael has over 20 years of experience working with companies that are experiencing financial distress. Rachael is focussed on the mid market and has recently worked with businesses that have experienced financial difficulties, primarily driven by operational and market challenges.
Rachael works closely with company directors, shareholders, and lenders to rapidly understand the causes of any issue and then helps stakeholders to consider and implement an appropriate and sustainable strategy, including finding a buyer for the business, raising new money or restructuring existing debt.
Rachael is a licenced insolvency practitioner and has experience across a number of sectors, including retail, automotive, manufacturing, recruitment and facilities management.
