Rafael Guilherme

Rafael has over 20 years of HR experience including leading the delivery of global HR Transformation programmes and the set up and management of regional and global Shared Services Centres. He leads the PwC HR Shared Services & Outsourcing Network, which brings together 50+ leading organisations and has co-authored papers on the future of HR Operations.

His experience also includes Organisation Design and the set up and management of Business Change teams in several countries.

Rafael has extensive experience in very complex, multi-country environments, and has worked in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
