Rebecca Clayton

Becky is the leader of the Valuations practice of PwC in the UK. She has over 20 years of performing valuations for transaction advisory, financial reporting and tax purposes across a range of industries although she specialises in the retail & leisure and industrial products and manufacturing sectors. She has worked with a number of luxury goods retailers, car manufacturers alongside suppliers to the automotive industry. She provides valuations of companies and intellectual property for transaction advisory, financial reporting and tax purposes and specialises in helping clients identify and understand what drives ‘value’ in the current market and therefore how best to maximise value in the medium to long term.

Becky also works with clients as to how to best maximise shareholder value; from understanding where to focus investment through to how to communicate the impact of investment decisions with stakeholders & the market and benchmarking performance against peers.
