People Leader for Risk, PwC United Kingdom
Rebecca is a partner and member of the UK Risk Executive. She is responsible for People and Workforce Strategy and is passionate about bringing together diverse teams with the right skills, ambition and technology to create a pioneering environment where each individual can thrive.
She is also responsible for shaping our future workforce strategy as we grow the Risk practice, including enabling hybrid working and building global centres of excellence to harness the wide range of capability and capacity that we need to meet our clients’ needs in a world of changing risk.
In addition, Rebecca leads our regional Risk business, ensuring that we invest in skills and talent in our regional offices to bring together the best of our Risk practice to service our clients across the regional geographies.
Rebecca led our UK Internal Audit practice from 2020-22 where she reshaped our internal audit offer to help businesses perform at their best in a world characterised by fast changing macro-economic and geopolitical risk. She currently leads the delivery of outsourced and specialist co-sourced internal audit services in the listed and large corporate sectors as well as performing external strategic assessments to help internal audit functions adapt to the changing risk landscape and stay fit for the future.
Rebecca also operates as a lead relationship partner in our priority account programme, where her role is to ensure that PwC provides proactive thought leadership and solutions to the C-suite and senior management and to ensure that we deliver a high quality service across all the services we provide as a firm.
