Rebekah Primrose is a solicitor with over three years’ experience in PwC’s Employment team.
Rebekah has experience of advising clients, both in the private and public sectors, in relation to contentious and non-contentious employment law related matters.
Her contentious experience includes claims for breach of contract, direct and indirect discrimination and employment status. She has also negotiated settlement agreements in respect of current and former employees.
She has a keen interest in corporate restructuring and global compliance. Her experience includes putting in place and reviewing employment documentation and handbooks with policies and procedures. She has also guided employers through investigations and grievance and disciplinary issues.
Rebekah regularly advises clients on procedural and good practice requirements in relation to recruitment. She has drafted bespoke recruitment policies to meet client needs, provided support and advice throughout a recruitment process right up to the point when an individual is made a job offer and commences employment. She works with organisations to ensure that new employees are subject to suitable probationary periods and are performance managed to ensure a good fit for their role. She has also worked alongside the specialist pre-employment vetting team in PwC to ensure that potential job candidates are fully vetted in advance of being offered a role.
She has delivered training and presentations regularly to clients and at PwC events on the latest developments in employment law.
