Richard Cleary

Richard is a technology partner based in Reading, home to our national technology hub and he is PwC's UK leader for IT Strategy and Transformation Assurance work.

He has over 20 years of major Transformation programme experience across many sectors, including Retail, Utilities and Defence. He focuses now on providing Board level Assurance over some of the most complex programmes currently being delivered nationally. Before entering professional services on 2007, he worked for 12 years in industry as a hands on systems implementer in a series of front line commercial and corporate roles. The final of these was as Global IT Assurance lead for a FTSE 50 firm working on behalf of the Board to provide on-going Assurance over a major Global Shared Service transformation.

Richard holds an MBA, is a qualified Accountant, and a qualified Agile Practitioner (DSDM). He is married with two children and is a keen rugby fan and golfer.
