Richard leads the Transformation in Mid Market team nationally. This large specialist team is often regionally based and focuses on assisting mid-tier firms in consolidating their previous growth while planning for further development. The team focuses on tech enabled transformation with a critical mass of skills in Microsoft D365, NetSuite, and Sage.
The team has more than 100 certified tech professionals onshore and double that number offshore. Additionally, they are supported by teams with broader transformation skills, including Project Management Office, Testing, and Data.
