Richard Veysey

Richard is a Partner in PwC’s Capital Markets, Accounting Advisory and Structuring services (CMAS) group.
Richard is based in London, but has also spent a significant proportion of his career in New York. For the last 10 years Richard has been primarily focussed on providing his clients with practical solutions to a range of complex accounting issues, including those arising in connection with IPOs, other capital raising and M&A transactions.
As part of his role, Richard leads PwC’s accounting advisory proposition, which focuses on supporting clients in addressing complex accounting and reporting issues, while transforming their finance functions to take advantage of new technologies.
Richard also facilitates a number of industry working groups focused on developing practical solutions to his clients’ accounting and reporting issues and is a regular speaker at industry events.
