Richard has been with PwC for over 15 years. He serves as the Complex Transformation Leader, where he guides clients through comprehensive business transformations that encompass front, middle, and back-office functions. He leverages a blend of diverse teams, specialised skills and technology, including AI, to drive meaningful outcomes for clients, their employees, and society at large.

With a background in finance and technology, Richard is distinguished by his entrepreneurial growth mindset. Before joining PwC as Partner in 2010, he founded and served as CEO of Paragon Consulting Group, a business that garnered recognition on the Sunday Times Tech 100 list.
