Richard Jones

Richard specialises in understanding cyber security behaviours and developing culture change programmes. He also helps clients with security awareness and other human aspects of security. Richard regularly designs and delivers effective behaviour assessments and develops strategies for clients that improve security culture.

He has over 13 years of experience in law enforcement with a particular focus on cybercrime and fraud prevention, investigations, intelligence, and behavioural science techniques. Prior to joining PwC, he was the national cyber Prevent lead for the National Crime Agency, gaining extensive experience in analysing cyber criminal behaviour and delivering effective interventions.
