I lead our Financial Services Lead Advisory team at PwC. I have over 20 years experience working on European deals. I have worked on over 80 transactions in the last decade including loan portfolio sales (distressed and non-core performing), raising debt finance and forward flows for non-bank lenders and asset managers, and the sale of asset servicing platforms or non-bank lenders to strategic buyers.

The Financial Services Lead Advisory team combines deep industry knowledge and transaction experience to advise on all aspects of corporate transactions and, through the Portfolio Advisory Group, all aspects of credit related transactions.
