Ruk co-leads our Market Abuse and Surveillance business for PwC. Ruk is a subject matter expert on market abuse risk and regulation. He has advised a range of clients, such as global investment banks, commodities trading firms, and asset and wealth managers; undertaken the role of independent skilled person; and advised major industry bodies on standards for complying with market abuse regulation. Additionally, Ruk has a wealth of experience implementing market abuse surveillance solutions for sell side, buy side and other financial institutions, drawing upon his detailed understanding of financial products and trading mechanisms. Ruk co-leads PwC’s Market Abuse Surveillance Survey and regularly speaks at industry forums and conferences.
