He leads transactions that address strategic or stakeholder change, including those that feature competing transaction objectives or complex structures. He has over 15 years experience in the UK mid-market, advising private-equity owned, listed and privately held companies. Sajjad has broad sector experience, including industrial / manufacturing, consumer retail / wholesale and software / technology.
