Sam Taylor

Sam is an audit partner focussing on the life sciences and technology sectors, and works with many clients across the Oxford-Cambridge-London golden triangle.

He has extensive experience of working with life sciences and technology companies, from spin-outs and start-up ventures right through to listed companies, covering UK markets and more so recently on NASDAQ. He also has extensive experience of capital market transactions, having worked through a number of IPOs, reverse acquisitions and other transactions in both the life sciences and technology sectors.

Sam has been with PwC for 27years, spending much of his career based in Reading, as well as an extended period in Sydney.
