Sanjay has been a member of the PwC UK Tax Leadership Team for over 4 years and is currently the Chief Operating Officer for the UK Tax practice.
He has over 20 years of experience advising organisations on a broad range of tax matters, with a focus on private equity, sovereign wealth, pension funds and corporate clients. Sanjay has advised on an extensive number of transactions (covering acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and IPOs) across all industry sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
Prior to his current role, Sanjay was the UK Deals Tax Market Leader, where he led a national team of 400 people that focuses exclusively on advising institutional and strategic investors on all transaction related matters at every stage during the investment life cycle.
