Sapna is a Partner and Solicitor in the immigration team. Sapna has extensive experience in working with large UK and multinational clients in the financial services, insurance, engineering and oil and gas sectors. She leads on corporate engagements and complex multi-jurisdictional projects with UK companies setting up in new territories. Sapna has experience in liaising with immigration authorities to provide detailed representations looking at the wider context of immigration to secure exceptional immigration routes for clients.
Sapna has unique experience in emergency evacuations and crisis management, particularly the planning, controls and strategic options for redeployment of people in exceptional circumstances. Sapna has also been supporting clients with broader consulting looking at immigration, legal, HR impacts, and advising on actions organisations could take over the next few years as global trends, market factors, access to talent and governmental changes to the future immigration system shape people strategies.
Sapna also works with clients on immigration compliance and governance structures, how these could be adjusted globally to bring them in line with legal requirements and deliver on maximum efficiency for the organisation.
Sapna presents at various International Bar Association events, and regularly speaks at the Association of Foreign Banks and various business immigration seminars.
Sapna works with wider PwC teams to provide the immigration considerations in the wider context of culture, employment law and overall objectives of a particular business. Sapna arranges joint tax, employment and immigration seminars and in-house training for clients and other immigration providers.
