Sarah Hitchen

Sarah leads the UK firm’s Capital Markets team and is a Partner in our Capital markets, Accounting advisory & Structuring services group.

Sarah has over 15 years of experience in advising UK and International clients on debt and equity capital market offerings, M&A transactions and supporting clients during exit readiness exercises. Sarah works regularly alongside private equity firms and their portfolio companies across their investment cycle and exit. This includes developing their strategy and equity story, corporate governance, reporting and structuring.

Sarah is the author of Debt Watch Europe, which explores the major trends and market activity within European bond markets.

Sarah has also spent two years working in New York directly supporting PwC’s Global Leadership Team and Global Board.
