I lead our Lead Advisory team at PwC. I have over 25 years experience in M&A. I have extensive knowledge and expertise successfully advising a broad range of private equity funds, private businesses and large corporate clients on the full spectrum of FS M&A and capital raising transactions. I was until recently our FS Lead Advisory leader and in 2017 I was appointed as the firm’s UK Head of Corporate Finance providing leadership to our team of 25 Partners and over 200 staff.
