Steve leads our Corporate Finance practice focussed on providing M&A and financing advice to private equity, infrastructure and real estate funds, PLCs and other corporates as well as privately owned and entrepreneur backed businesses.
He remains very focussed on delivering for his clients, specialising in M&A advice in the Financial Services sector. His recent deals have values ranged between £25m and £500m and span across various sub-sectors of the FS market including asset servicing, asset & wealth management, financial technology and insurance.
