Stuart has over 20 years of experience advising organisations on matters relating to a broad range of tax matters. He is a member of our UK and EMEA Tax Leadership Team where he is currently responsible for our Markets and Services agenda. Prior to this he was a member of our Financial Services Leadership Team and led our Financial Services and Deals businesses within Tax. His client base has always been based in the financial services industry and he has led our tax relationships with a number of insurance and banking organisations. He specialises in reorganisations and restructuring.
