Tessa is a Senior Manager in the FS Regulatory Insights team. She specialises in conduct regulation and supporting PwC’s work on consumer outcomes. Tessa is also a communications specialist and manages a range of PwC’s financial services regulatory publications and content. Prior to joining PwC, Tessa spent five years in financial services journalism.
