Tilly is a specialist employment law Barrister with over 15 years' experience of advising on employment matters and litigating employment disputes.
She has particular expertise in assisting employers navigate their way through difficult employee disputes with minimal risk. She specialises in undertaking complex staff investigations, often involving bullying, discrimination and harassment issues; advising on whistleblowing complaints; and managing senior exits with minimal risk to her clients.
She has extensive experience in equality and discrimination law and diversity issues. She assists clients navigate the risks around discrimination issues by designing and delivering training, carrying out and advising on impact assessments and acting on behalf of clients in complex multi-day and multi-party harassment and discrimination litigation.
Tilly leads PwC’s HR Support service, providing businesses with unlimited employment law advice, HR compliance support and HR documentation for a discounted fixed fee.
