Tim has almost 20 years of experience, advising on M&A Strategy for privately owned businesses working with family shareholders, entrepreneurial and private equity investors to transact on the sell and buyside.
Tim leads Corporate Finance's channel focus on Private Business, working with all sector teams to identify and support the most interesting privately owned businesses across the country, and bringing the best of PwC to work with them. The needs of a private business owner can differ substantially from those of existing PE backed assets and large / listed corporates and PwC prides itself on recognising that in our work.
Tim is also a partner in our Business Services sector team advising clients across a range of subsectors education, tech-enabled services, professional services and the built environment.
