With a primary focus on the technology, media, telecommunications and industrial products industries, Toby has delivered a large number of buy and sell-side financial due diligence engagements with both Private Equity and Corporate clients.
Toby’s deal experience includes Telecommunications (fixed and mobile), Software, IT Services, Fintech, Tech Enabled companies, engineering, manufacturing and consultancy.
