Tom is Experience Consulting Leader at PwC UK and brings together a team of researchers, strategists, designers, co-creation specialists and creative technologists focusing on creating client growth through employee and customer experience and product & service innovation.
He holds a Masters degree in organisational consulting from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust focusing on systems psychodynamic approaches to leadership and change.
His experience spans B2C and B2B brand consulting, marketing communications and digital strategy for some of the world’s largest businesses and brands over twenty years. This includes transformational work for clients in grocery and fashion retail, automotive, aviation, financial services and consumer goods with a focus on the power of co-creation for lasting impact
and change.
He was previously President, Chief Strategy Officer of FutureBrand Worldwide, the leading global brand consulting firm, where he was responsible for corporate strategy, thought leadership, methodologies and consulting across diverse clients and categories.
Prior to joining FutureBrand, Tom was Vice President, European Marketing Strategy at Sapient, Global Head of Digital Strategy at Nitro Group and a
co-founder and Managing Director of Mook, a top 100 UK digital agency.
