Tom has over 12 years experience of both sell side and buy side advisory, working extensively with privately owned and private equity backed businesses on UK and cross-border transactions. Tom has advised on over £2 billion of transactions and specialises in M&A advice in the Consumer market. His focus spans across various sub-sectors of consumer including direct to consumer brands, food & beverage and health & wellness brands. Tom has a real passion for understanding the drivers of our clients’ businesses and helping them to create long-term shareholder value.
