This includes assisting companies with mobilising their workforce and talent pools globally, developing and designing appropriate policies and processes and advising on all areas of employee and employer compliance and regulation. In this time I have worked closely with a number of FTSE 100 and in-bound companies ensuring a consistency of service and quality around all tax and mobility.
