Yemi Salami

Yemi is a senior manager in actuarial consulting with years of experience in a managing, client-facing and commercial role. She is a pensions actuary and has experience in advising clients (ranging from employers and individuals) on their UK defined contribution (“DC”), defined benefit (“DB”) and hybrid arrangements. She provides advice in respect of these arrangements including pension design, funding, investment, risk management, transactions and accounting.

Her specialism is in risk transactions, supporting large buy-in transactions right the way through to buy-out. Her work has enabled her to work with clients with large pension funds such as BBC, ITV,National Grid and William Hill. Yemi has a Mathematics degree from the University of Manchester, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
